Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not under active review in any other conference or journal. All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Submitted manuscripts must be structured as technical research papers and must represent original, unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere.
  • Authors must use the official IEEE conference templates (A4) (MS Word / LaTeX). Papers not following the formatting rules may be rejected without review.
  • Electronic submissions must be uploaded as a readable PDF.
  • All manuscripts will undergo mandatory plagiarism screening as per IEEE policies. Papers violating ethics will be desk-rejected and the authors’ institutions informed.
  • For IEEE Xplore submission, the overall similarity must be ≤ 20%, and similarity to any single source must be ≤ 10%.
  • All submissions will be reviewed under a double-blind review process.
  • Submitted papers must NOT include author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or any identifiable information.
  • Authors must not reveal their identity through self-citations or indirect clues. References to your own prior work should be written in the third person.
  • Submissions will be evaluated for correctness, originality, technical quality, significance, presentation quality, and relevance to the conference themes.
  • The author list and order is final at the time of submission. No additions, deletions, or reordering of authors will be allowed after submission or acceptance.
  • Manuscripts that do not follow size, formatting, or anonymization rules will be rejected without review.
  • Upon acceptance, at least one author must register for the conference and present the paper. Each accepted paper requires a separate registration.
  • As per IEEE policy, authors of accepted papers must sign the copyright transfer agreement. Instructions will be provided after acceptance.
