Dr. Abdul Quaiyum Ansari

Dr. Abdul Quaiyum Ansari (Professor, Department of Electrical Engineering, Jamia Millia Islamia, India)  is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He holds a B.Sc. (Engg.) from Aligarh Muslim University, M.Tech. from IIT Delhi, and a Ph.D. in Hierarchical Fuzzy Control. He has held academic positions at King Khalid University (KSA) and Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. With a strong research portfolio, he has published around 100 international journal papers and 130 conference publications, along with books and book chapters. He has delivered over 150 keynote and invited talks at national and international platforms. His research interests include Computer Networks, Cyber Security, Microwave Antennas, HEMT Devices, and Soft Computing. He is a Fellow and Chartered Engineer of IEI and IETE, and a Senior Member of IEEE. He has held key leadership roles, including Chairman of IEEE Delhi Section (2023–24), and contributes actively to IEEE humanitarian initiatives. He is an IEEE DataPort Ambassador and serves on its Steering Committee. He is a recipient of the ISTE National Award for Promising Engineering Teacher. Known for academic leadership and excellence in teaching, he continues to contribute significantly to research, innovation, and engineering education.

Prof. Dag Øivind Madsen

Prof. Dag Øivind Madsen (Professor, Department of Business, Marketing and Law, USN School of Business, Norway)  is a Professor at the University of South-Eastern Norway, School of Business, recognized for integrating rigorous scholarship with impactful teaching and academic leadership. With a multidisciplinary foundation spanning accounting, finance, sociology, and organizational psychology, he brings a comprehensive perspective to business education. He holds a Ph.D. from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. His academic journey is further enriched by studies at the University of Bergen in sociology and work and organizational psychology. His work bridges theory and practice across finance, accounting, organizational behavior, and governance. He is widely regarded for mentoring students and collaborating with industry to translate research into real-world impact. Prof. Madsen continues to contribute meaningfully to advancing business scholarship and practice.

Prof. Muhammad Abulaish

Prof. Muhammad Abulaish (Professor, Department of Computer Science, South Asian University, India)  Dr. M. Abulaish is a Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, South Asian University (SAU), New Delhi, India, with over 26 years of experience in academia and research. He has been at SAU since February 2016 and has served in several capacities, including Chairperson of the Department of Computer Science (2016-2018 and 2021-2023), Director (Admissions and Examinations), and Acting Registrar (May 2022–September 2024). Prior to joining SAU, he worked for more than 18 years at Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University), New Delhi, India, in various positions, including Professor and Head of the Computer Science department. He also worked at King Saud University's Centre of Excellence in Information Assurance in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he led the Internet Surveillance and Forensics research group for over two years (2010 to 2012).
Abulaish earned his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2007. He founded the Laboratory for Data Science and Analytics (LDSA) at SAU, which serves as a central hub of data-intensive, inter-disciplinary applied research. His research focuses on the development of innovative data mining, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and network analysis techniques to address real-world societal and industrial problems, particularly for text mining, social network analysis, figurative language detection, rumor detection, sentiment and emotion analysis, health informatics, and data-driven cybersecurity. He has published over 140 research articles in international journals, books, and conference proceedings, including nine papers in IEEE/ACM Transactions.
He is an Associate Editor for the Social Network Analysis and Mining (a Springer journal) and Online Social Networks and Media (an Elsevier journal). He served as a Senior Program Committee member for CIKM (2022-2024). As a member of the Program Committee, he frequently serves prestigious international conferences such as SDM, CIKM, IJCAI-ECAI, PAKDD, ASONAM, and Web Intelligence. He has also served as Publicity Co-chair for WI’19 and WI’20, as well as Workshop Co-chair for ASONAM’20. He is also a member of the editorial board and a reviewer for numerous reputable journals. He holds senior memberships with IEEE, ACM, and CSI. In addition, he is a lifetime member of ISTE, IETE, and ISCA.

Dr. Iqbal H. Sarker
Title of the Talk "Cybersecurity: AI Automation, Intelligence & Human Trust"

Dr. Iqbal H. Sarker (Research Fellow, Centre for Securing Digital Futures, Edith Cowan University, Australia)  Iqbal H. Sarker received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He is currently a Research Fellow at Edith Cowan University, Australia. In addition, he serves as an Adjunct Fellow at the DigiSAS Lab, University of Technology Sydney, Australia, and at the Institute of Computer Science and Digital Innovation, UCSI University, Malaysia.
His research interests span Artificial Intelligence and data-driven domains, particularly in cybersecurity, business analytics, and applications for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He has authored over 100 research publications in leading peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. He is also the lead author of two Springer books: *Context-Aware Machine Learning and Mobile Data Analytics* and *AI-Driven Cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence*.

Prof. M. N. Hoda

Prof. M. N. Hoda (Director, Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Computer Applications & Management (BVICAM), India)  is a distinguished academician and technology leader with over 30 years of experience in computer science education, research, and institutional development. He is currently Professor of Computer Science and Founder Director of BVICAM, New Delhi, a position he has held since 2002. He earned his MCA from Aligarh Muslim University and a Ph.D. in Information System Audit, with research interests spanning Information System Audit, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Networks, and ICT-enabled pedagogy. He has published over 100 research papers, holds more than 20 patents, and has authored and edited several books and conference volumes. He also serves as the Founder Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Information Technology (Springer, SCOPUS indexed). Prof. Hoda has delivered over 250 keynote talks and contributed as a resource person in more than 300 national and international academic events. He has held several prestigious leadership positions, including Chairperson of IEEE Delhi Section and National President (ICT Section) of the Indian Science Congress Association. He is a recipient of the Outstanding Achievement Award and Best IT Teacher Award for his excellence in teaching, research, and institution building.

Dr. Maria Lapina

Dr. Maria Lapina (Associate Professor, North Caucasus Federal University, Russia)  is an Associate Professor of the Department of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics at North Caucasus Federal University, Stavropol, Russia, with more than 20 years of teaching experience. She received a PhD in mathematics from Stavropol State University in 2005 and defended her master's thesis in Information Security at the North Caucasus Federal University with honors in 2015. Her research interests include Data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Trusted Artificial Intelligence, Edu-Tech, Teacher Education, and Higher Education. She has published more than 80 research papers in peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus and WoS. She is an active editorial board member for Springer Nature and IGI Global, and serves as co-chair and editor for international scientific events including AISMA-2021–2024 and DMAI-2021. She has participated in international internships at Sapienza University of Rome, the University of Ljubljana, the Technical University of Dresden, and the 2nd ASEF Innovation Laboratory at Fudan University, Shanghai.

Dr. Shahid Tufail

Dr. Shahid Tufail (Senior Data Scientist, NextNRG LLC, Florida, United States of America)  is a Data Architect and Technology Lead with over 20 years of experience in designing large-scale data platforms and real-time analytics systems. He specializes in telemetry data streaming, distributed data architectures, and high-performance data engineering across both cloud and on-premise environments. At Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), he has played a key role in developing high-velocity observability platforms for HPC interconnects, including contributions to the Frontier supercomputer ecosystem. He has been instrumental in designing telemetry pipelines capable of processing millions of metrics per minute, leveraging technologies such as Telegraf, Kafka, VictoriaMetrics, TimescaleDB, OpenTelemetry, and OpenSearch to enable real-time monitoring and performance analysis.

Mr. Mohammad Sohail

Mr. Mohammad Sohail (Senior Specialist Data Engineering, LTIMindtree, United States of America)  is a Data Architect and Technology Lead with over 20 years of experience in designing large-scale data platforms and real-time analytics systems. An alumnus of Aligarh Muslim University (CSD, 2001), he specializes in telemetry data streaming, distributed data architectures, and high-performance data engineering across both cloud and on-premise environments.
